Program Description:

TECHO NL is a non-profit organization dedicated to overcoming poverty in informal settlements through the joint action of volunteers and community members.

On November 21 and 22 volunteers engage in a hands-on building project aimed at constructing 20 emergency housing for families in need. This two-day initiative will involve assembling and securing the structures, working alongside the community to provide safe and dignified living spaces.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Due to high demand, priority will be given to students who have not previously participated in this program.

Requirements:

• Program Fee $6,300 by October 5

• Use transportation provided by A Roof in ASFM

• Bring your own construction kit: hammer, leveler, gloves
