Program Description:

Leones en Acción is an initiative from the state government of Nuevo León that organizes volunteer opportunities aimed at strengthening community engagement and contributing to the well-being of our state. Through their programs, they encourage citizens to actively care for the environment and support local needs.
This Saturday, Februaray 14, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Leones en Acción will host a river cleanup of the Santa Catarina River. Volunteers will help collect trash and debris from the river, directly impacting our local environment's health. Gloves and bags will be provided.

Requirements:

Bring your water bottle.

Wear tennis shoes, long pants/jeans, a hat, and sunscreen.

Recommended: Long sleeve shirt.
