Program Description:

TECHO NL is a non-profit organization dedicated to overcoming poverty in informal settlements through the joint action of volunteers and community members.

On May 24 and 25, volunteers engage in a hands-on building project aimed at constructing 15 emergency housing for families in need. This two-day initiative will involve assembling and securing the structures, working alongside the community to provide safe and dignified living spaces.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Due to high demand, priority will be given to students who have not previously participated in this program.

Due to the date of this program, seniors are not eligible to enroll in this program.

Requirements:

Program Fee $5,000

Use transportation provided by A Roof in ASFM

Bring your own construction kit: hammer, leveler, gloves.
