Program Description:

Rancho El Cenizo is a sustainable ranch located in Los Ramones, Nuevo León, spanning 35 hectares. The ranch is home to sheep, chickens, pigs, horses, and a polyculture orchard managed under the JADAM farming philosophy. It operates using solar energy and independent water systems, with a strong focus on land regeneration and sustainable food production.

In this program, volunteers will participate in hands-on learning activities focused on food production and soil regeneration through Bokashi-style composting. Volunteers may also assist with caring for animals, maintaining the orchard, and supporting daily ranch operations. This program provides practical experience in regenerative agriculture and sustainable living practices.

Requirements:

Wear closed toe shoes.

Wear comfortable outdoor clothing suitable for ranch work.

Bring a hat, sunscreen, and water bottle.
